ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR
As Accounting Director, you will lead the Accounting Department and take full ownership of the group’s accounting operations, monthly closing, statutory compliance and reporting. You will manage a team of approximately 10 people, develop their skills and build a department that is accurate, disciplined and scalable.

Responsible for overseeing the Company’s end-to-end accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, proper revenue recognition, and effective reconciliation of customer accounts.

SOUS CHEF
The Sous Chef is a key leadership role in the kitchen, responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. This role involves managing and training kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient kitchen. The Sous Chef must be able to lead by example, handle high-pressure situations, and contribute to a positive team environment.
