Creating Concepts People Love
The Story Behind a Restaurant Group Built Differently
Where it all started
LOVA Hospitality began with a simple idea: to create restaurants for people. Places where guests genuinely enjoy their time, feel welcome, and choose to come back.
Food is at the heart of every concept, but building a successful restaurant takes more than a good menu. It requires a clear identity, strong operations, the right people, and consistent attention to detail. We bring these elements together to create brands that are enjoyable for our guests and built to grow over time.
For us, hospitality remains human. Our progress depends on the people who visit our restaurants, the teams who bring them to life, and the trust we build with our partners.
How We Got Here
Lova Hospitality Group started when a group of F&B professionals decided Bangkok needed something different. Not another hotel restaurant. Not another franchise import. Something built by people who actually cook, eat, and live in this city.
LAVA Fire Grill came first. A charcoal-driven steakhouse in Thonglor built around Kokoyaki grilling and premium beef. Bianca followed with real Italian cooking at Emsphere and One Bangkok. Holy Belly opened for all-day grills and handmade pasta. And Bambino brought the same standards to a family-friendly format at The Mall Ngamwongwan. Four brands, each one grown from the same instinct: find what’s missing, and build it properly.
