Bianca is expanding its footprint once again, marking an impressive milestone of opening its fifth location in just three years. The brand’s newest space is now open at Terminal 21 Asoke, bringing Bianca’s signature handmade pastas and relaxed hospitality right to downtown Bangkok, complete with an intimate dining room that overlooks the busy Asoke intersection and the Bangkok skytrain.
While our other locations have embraced larger, expansive layouts, the Terminal 21 branch is designed to feel much more personal. It operates as a cozy, energetic retreat from the downtown rush. Whether you’re grabbing a quick business lunch, watching the BTS roll by during a date night, or catching up with friends, the space is built to feel comfortable, exclusive, and undeniably Bianca.
To mark this three-year milestone, we are rolling out our biggest menu update yet. We’re introducing over 20 new dishes that highlight authentic Italian flavors with a modern edge. As always, the foundation remains the same: everything is made from scratch daily, from our pizza dough to our fresh pasta and house-made sauces, using the best ingredients we can get our hands on.
Beyond the new space and menu, we are also officially launching “Bianca Off-Site & Private Dining Events.” We’ve taken the core of what makes dining at Bianca special—the food quality, the aesthetic, and the easy-going but highly attentive service—and made it fully mobile. Whether it’s a corporate gathering or a private celebration, we can now bring the complete Bianca hospitality experience directly to your venue.
