Bangkok deserves restaurants that take every detail seriously. Not only the food on the plate, but the room it is served in, the music overhead, and the way a guest feels the moment they walk through the door. We build and run restaurants across Bangkok, not franchises or licensing deals. We do everything ourselves, from recipe development and kitchen build-outs to hiring, training, and the way the napkins are folded. Founded by Lucas Molina, Lova isn’t trying to be the biggest restaurant group in the city. We’d rather have four places people genuinely love than forty places people forget by the time they get home. That means we’re in the kitchens, we’re tasting the sauces, we’re checking that the grill is running at the right temperature. Each restaurant has its own personality but is held to the same uncompromising standard, and our regulars can tell.
